I’ve been using this Swanson’s Ultimate 16 Strain Probiotic for several years. It gives my gut a healthy balance of good flora at a good price.

Not sure if authentic. I like this brand but this bottle contains empty capsule

I’ve taken these daily for years. Although I can’t say for sure that they’ve improved my digestion, since I made lots of other dietary changes when I started taking these, but I believe they’ve played a role in maintaining better gut health for me. I think they’re good value, considering the strains and high concentration. I buy this brand specifically because it’s one of the probiotics recommended by a meta-analysis conducted by ConsumerLabs. I’ll say that my poor gut health symptoms have certainly been alleviated since I switched to these from a generic brand of probiotics at the store, so they at least seem to be more effective than some other probiotics.

Great product! I fought toe fungus for 10-15 years! Taking this product is highly recommended! I quit taking it & the fungus showed up again. Guess it never really gets out of the body? So I'll continue taking 2 of these every day.
