Great walking pad — perfect for apartment use
This is an excellent choice for apartment living. The treadmill is compact, doesn’t take up much space, and is very easy to store when not in use. It fits perfectly into a small apartment without feeling bulky or intrusive. I really like how quiet it is — I can use it daily without worrying about noise. It’s very convenient for walking while working or just staying active throughout the day. The controls are simple, everything works smoothly, and the overall build quality feels solid and reliable. It’s been a great addition to my daily routine and makes it much easier to stay active at home. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact and apartment-friendly walking treadmill.

This is more than a product review. It’s life impacting.
Why 5 stars? Because it more than met my expectations. I have a Lift Desk, in my 50’s and have a desk job. You get the drift. Initially my review is more about using something like this rather than this actual product so hang in there. After a month of using this there are some surprising outcomes: -initially I actually had trouble walking straight without a hand-grab onto my desk here and there and after a week the most simple thing you might think of (walking a straight line with perfect foot timing) became my norm. —I like this so much I carry it downstairs from my home office to be in front of my TV. This is weird to even say but I can look anywhere around me and maintain a straight line. —I didn’t mention I’m an avid backpacker so I should be able to walk a straight line right? Well, not so much so I’ve seen. So I’m not coming at this from a couch potato position. I also strength train 3-4 days per week, using heavy free weights. —I have a less-than great walking profile where I sometimes drag my foot. This has almost cost me huge injuries hiking in tough terrain: —-since using this (I’m sure it’s true of ALL such devices) my gait and footfall is nearly perfect. —-after backpacking so many years I developed Morton’s Neuroma. I found out the hard way how to properly manage your footwear while hiking. This has reduced that pain a lot. ——-why do I care about this? My father literally died from multiple falls for this same trait of scraping his feet, but when he was over 80, it was deadly. I wanted to correct myself before I got near that age. 80 Is no longer that old-at least IMO. I don’t care to just live long, I want to live as a mobile, active person. So far so good. About the device: —-I found my sweet spot at 3.2 mph and it has been flawless, however… ——I needed to adjust the roll drifting to one side using the included Allen wrench and after a week of use I needed to lubricate the rollers ———seemed much earlier than necessary but the directions on adjusting these things and the included lube and wrench fixed this. I haven’t had to adjust for three weeks and counting. ——-I’m averaging 5 miles a day and a big part of that is while working and using a keyboard and mouse of course. After getting my gait straight this is not an issue at all. In fact, I have a ton of energy throughout the work day and lost weight which wasn’t a desired outcome when I went into this: —-my coworker heard a light, droning sound while we spoke on Microsoft Teams when I had this at 3.2 mph, but it was so little (I didn’t tell her I was using this). I turned it to 2.5 and she could no longer hear. I was using the microphone included in my webcam so I had little background noise reduction. So it’s quiet enough. It’s only been a bit more than a month so five stars is at this moment. I may be using it more than typical. I also enjoy it and often forget I’m using it. I made my Apple Watch finally STFU, as I am exceeding all goals a computer told me I needed to meet. That’s cool. One of our cats is also enamored with this thing and figured out how to use it; all she wanted was to lay under my feet but our “chunky monkey”gets her own workout when I’m not using it. I just slow it down and step away and watch her go.

Overall a good choice
The pad is relatively compact and easy to use. It can be easily stowed in a closet or under a bed. It isn’t silent but it is not terribly loud. It works well overall. It is important to take breaks so it doesn’t overheat, and be sure to use it on a solid surface.

Light and compact!
We have been shopping for extra walking pads so that we can have one in each of our rooms at home and after using the Sperax Walking Treadmill Pad for a full week, I can honestly say it has been one of the best little upgrades I’ve made to my daily routine. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first ordered it from Amazon, but after putting it through several sessions, both walking and light jogging, I’ve gotten a really good feel for what it offers. And overall, I’m impressed. The first thing that stood out to me was its portability. This treadmill pad is very light and easy to carry, which makes a huge difference if you’re someone who doesn’t have a dedicated workout room or if you want to move it around your home. I’ve picked it up and relocated it from the bedroom to the living room to my office without any problem at all. Honestly, I think anyone, regardless of strength, would find it simple to handle. Setup was another pleasant surprise. The easy setup really means easy. There was no assembly, no bag of random screws, and no long instruction manual. I literally pulled it out of the box, plugged it in, and started walking within minutes. It’s perfect for people who don’t want to deal with complicated equipment or who just want something they can start using right away. When it comes to value, the Sperax pad definitely checks the box. It’s affordable, especially compared to full-size treadmills or even some of the higher-end walking pads. After using it for day-to-day walking while working or watching TV, I can honestly say it’s worth the price. You get a reliable, smooth, and quiet machine without spending a fortune. Storage is also a big win. One of my biggest concerns before buying was whether it would take up too much space when I wasn’t using it. But this design is truly easy to store. It slides right under the bed, couch, or even stands upright in a closet. For anyone living in an apartment or limited space, this is a huge advantage. Performance-wise, it operates smoothly, feels sturdy underfoot, and the noise level is low enough that you can use it while watching TV or taking calls. After a week, it’s become part of my everyday routine without any hassles. Overall, I am highly recommended this walking pad to anyone looking for a compact, practical way to stay active at home. If you want something portable, simple, and budget-friendly that still delivers a solid workout, the Sperax Walking Treadmill Pad is absolutely worth considering.

From Sitting All Day to Crushing My Step Goals!
The Sperax walking treadmill pad, with vibration, is a fantastic product. This is a lightweight walking pad, but sturdy enough to support up to 300 pounds. It's not bulky, doesn't takes up room, but rather comes put together in the box and is compact enough to slide under your bed. Another great feature is that once it is plugged in and turned on, it comes with a remote as well as accessibility to thier app which can both control the speed as well as vibration functions. Another thing I want to discuss is the app. Yiu download it, create an account, and hit the quick start button which connects your phone to your walking pad. There are various exercises, plans, and more. If you use the app to start your workout, it will also keep track of your daily progress which I found very impressive. I purchased this to have a walking pad that I could use under my desk when I work from home. Sitting too much during the day, I was having leg pains and poor circulation, often times being too sluggish to go to the gym or walk outside after work. This product has changed my lifestyle, literally. I can walk on the walking pad during downtime in between meetings or even as a part of my lunch break. A quick 15 min here or there adds up throughout the day. The walking pad also has vibration mode, which can go up to 4 different levels of intensity and be both stationary and kinetic. This vibration helps with breaking up fascia and can reduce cellulite over time. I used to pay money to use one of these types of machine at a separate wellness salon. Now I have access to this from the comfort of my home. The walking pad goes up to a speed of 3.5 and certainly allows me to have a nice brisk work out in. If you are looking for a walking pad that is affordable and want to get started moving more, I highly recommend you check this out.

Great Walking Pad for Home and Desk Use
I’ve been using this walking pad regularly and it’s been excellent so far. It’s compact, sturdy, and very easy to use right out of the box. The motor is quiet enough that I can walk while watching TV or taking calls without any distraction, which was a big plus for me. Walking feels smooth and stable, and the speed adjustments are gradual and comfortable. It fits perfectly under my desk and is also great for light walking while watching shows in the evening. Easy to move, solid build quality, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

Perfect Walking Pad for Small Spaces
This walking treadmill pad has been a great addition to my home. I live in a place with limited space and didn’t want a big, bulky treadmill, so the compact design is a huge plus. It’s slim enough to slide under the bed or couch when not in use, and it’s light enough to move around easily. Setup was fast and straightforward, and it’s very simple to use with the remote and app. I can walk while working at my desk or watching TV, and the motor is quiet enough that it doesn’t disturb anyone else in the house. It’s definitely designed more for walking and light use rather than intense running, but for daily steps and gentle movement, it works exactly as I hoped. Overall, it’s a great option if you want something easy to use at home and you don’t have much space.

Worked great until it didn't
Worked great until it didn't. I unboxed it and tried it out and it was working great. Very light and portable just wish it had something to grab onto instead of hanging onto the opening in the plastic. Starting and stopping was very smooth and it felt solid when walking on it even though I'm a bigger guy it did well. One concern is that the only way to operate it is through the remote which feels cheap. So hopefully you don't lose or break it otherwise it's inoperable. so all that was on the first day and I unplugged it an put it away. The next day I got it out and it wouldn't do anything. Sometimes it would try and make some noise other times it didn't do anything and the error message kept changing. I they took the return back BUT the only option is boxing it up and shipping it back with UPS. They covered the shipping obviously but when I tested it and was working fine I threw away the box and the packing material. Luckily I didn't fully destroy the box so I could reconstruct it but I had to find some things to keep it protected. So keep your box otherwise they can't take it back
