These are good knives and cost less than others
Very Sharp so be careful using these. So far I've enjoyed the ease of cutting meats like roasts and whole chickens quickly and easily. Plus they have cute graphics on them.

very sharp, easy to re-sharpen. i use an Arkansas Whetstone to sharpen w/3inone oilNEVER sharpen a knife on a dry stone use a leather strap to hone it after putting it to the stone.Hand wash & immediately dry. Will stay sharp & last a lifetime!
