Do they have a front and back?

Both sides look the same. I do not buy this version anymore, I buy this version now, Medpride 4'' X 4'' Foam Wound Dressing (10-Count) Sterile, Waterproof Silicone Adhesive Border.

Can you reuse the foam dressing pad ?

I have only reused them if I had another type of padding or gauze between the pad and wound area and if nothing has transferred on to it.

Can these pads be cut to a smaller size before use?

Definitely! Yes. As with any sterile dressing, once you open it it is no longer considered sterile. But these pads when cut do not flake or sluff off any type of lint. They are very absorbent and exxellent at wound protection. Great for going over CT Ports or Drains.
