Q: How many pieces of chicken will this fry?

I am not sure about the number of pieces you can cook with this but 5.25 lbs is a lot! I bought this a while back and I have not made a big dent in it yet... The best way so far for me is to coat chicken strips cut out of chicken breasts then add some water and a bit more mix to thinly coat the chicken and then fry for about 10 mins in soy oil or until golden brown.

Q: Does it have heat to it's taste ?

It's mildly seasoned; I would not describe it as having "heat". I add cayenne pepper to the wet preparation to add a little spice. Every one's taste is different, though.

Q: Can you use this on chicken cooked in an air fryer?

That's the only way I use it and I brag to people about how great it is. I live alone and I a about to finish my second of these huge jugs of it. I sometimes drain the melted fat and crispies into a frying pan and make delicious gravy too.
