I thought maybe this bottle of soap leaked, so after being refunded that order, I tried again with this gallon of soap. Now I no longer think it was the problem in the first order, because I placed another separate order of this and it came with an EXCELLENT tape on the lid. There's no way that was going to leak! Thank you to this shipper for making sure of that. I am still going to take care that whenever I order this again, it will be a separate order so that nothing will happen in transit anyway. And desertcart, if you're listening, please teach your people how to properly box things! Nowadays, there is no paper stuffing or air pillows or anything to keep items from rolling all over inside the shipping box. I've had things packed where a very heavy item was on top of cans or plastic things, and that just makes no sense. We all love that as Prime members we get free shipping, but we also want our purchases to arrive intact and not have to try getting a return replacement. Hope you give attention to that, desertcart. This hand soap has a good consistency and leaves my hands feeling clean. It's unscented, so you don't have to worry about harmful toxic chemicals. It's better than buying many small bottles as it's better for the environment and more cost-effective. If you want scent, you can add a few drops of a therapeutic-grade essential oil.

We buy this for the office where I work, we were looking for a good fragrance-free bulk soap and this one has been great. The only downside is it doesn't produce much soapy lather. Pros: the bottle never arrives leaking or punctured, and it doesn't make my hands feel dry or stripped
