Adds Fiber to Your Diet!
I have been using Benefiber Shape for a long time. When Citrucel was bought out, the formulation changed immensely -- worse not better. I started using Benefiber Shape and I am so glad I did. I have IBS and this product really helps add fiber to you diet. I use about 1.5 T mixed with water or juice in the morning. Helps to keep me regular. No taste, no mess and mixes well with water or other liquids. I highly recommend it.
