MACOM Signature Post Surgical Bra - Front Fastening - No Cup Size Needed

Very glad I bought 2 of these bra’s, it’s been very comfortable and supportive. Having to wear them 24 hours was easy. It does have lots of little hooks but I quickly got used to them. now 8 weeks after surgery I’m continuing wearing them until all the swelling has gone down and can look for a prosthetic to fill the space that will be left in a standard cup sized bra. The under arm did rub a little on the lymph node incision but I just put a stitch in to hold the fabric away. Recommend!

I had a breast reduction and the compression bra my surgeon gave me was so uncomfortable and ugly. It had thick straps and showed through clothes.Thank god I ordered this bra. It’s super comfy, the colour is pretty and it has thin straps that don’t show under clothes. Super happy with my purchase and would defo recommend!

The bras are constructed well, but, the sizing is wrong. My wife (whom I ordered these for), is normally size 32", so that's what I ordered. She found the bras to be very uncomfortable, which, being post-surgical, is not what you want. We had to return the bra, and opted for a 36", which fits her fine. I contacted the seller to advise of this issue, but had no response. I would recommend that potential purchasers order two sizes up, to avoid disappointment, and returns.

This bra was recommended by the hospital for post liposuction breast reconstruction (following a mastectomy a couple of years ago). I was surprised at how thin it is - see the photo where I'm holding it up to the light. Because it's so thin, almost a fine mesh, it's comfortable to wear and sleep in, and dries quickly when washed. However, it didn't feel like it gave me any support. I am a 34B and the material was loose on the cup. I think it would be more effective on larger breasts as the cup would stretch to fit and then provide some compression and support.It would certainly not be any use as a general wear bra once I am recovered, but the breast care nurse who fitted me into it following the surgery seemed to think it was fit for post-surgery recovery wear. I also found the line of tiny hooks and eyes very fiddly to do up and would have preferred some alternative fastening.

I was concerned when I ordered as it didn't go by cup size I am usually an f or if but it is a perfect fit to the point that I ordered another one in a different colour. Very comfortable and excellent quality.

I would not recommend this bra. The lipoelastic compression bra is the one you need and is the same price. This one has no padding under and is so uncomfortable after surgery. Please go for this lipoelastic
