It really works....I think.
I decided to order this product after seeing a YouTube video that recommended this particular supplement. My reason was because I suffer from neuropathy and as well as feeling lethargic, I'm overweight and no matter how I control my diet nothing changes. The worst thing for me was the lethargy, wanting and needing to do stuff but felt just too exhausted for no apparent reason, and never getting anything accomplished. I've always been an active person and since I was diagnosed with neuropathy the feeling of being pathetic was just getting worse and worse. So in a leap of faith after reading some of the reviews on this particular supplement/vitamin I started taking them 10/12/2022. At first I wasn't sure if they were doing anything for me but I realized that they needed to build up in my system to be of any effect so I continued to take them as advised on the bottle. After about a week one of the first things that I did notice was that my balance ( a symptom of neuropathy ) had improved immensely and I was no longer hanging on to counters, furniture etc. just to get around the house. As I write this it is 01/04/2023 and for the last 3 days I have started to feel like my old self. I've been knocking out the chores like nobody's business and been able to get things accomplished. I know it's early days to be celebrating my new found energy, and I will update as necessary with further changes to my health, but I am definitely seeing some positive changes to y health, another one among them being my appetite and eating habits. I am no longer craving food and snacks just for the sake of it but I have found myself being more sensible in my food choices and habits despite going through Christmas and New Year where there is always more temptations than normal. So in summary, I'm glad I took the leap of faith and also hope that my health continues to improve. I did go with the automated replenishment order as I wanted to really give it a good go and stick with it for at least 3-4 months before making a final decision but so far I feel fantastic and excited to be feeling like my old self again. Like I said, I will update this again whether I slip back into my pre Benfotiamine status or continue to improve.

A Life-Changing Supplement for Brain-fog, Derealization, Mold, Lyme and Co-infections
Picture this: It’s February 2024, I’m shuffling around my kitchen like a character in a zombie movie. My brain fog is so thick I can’t even spell “fog,” derealization has me convinced I’m in a bad dream, and I’m tripping over thin air like I’m auditioning for slapstick comedy. Welcome to my life with dry beriberi—something I didn’t even know I had until Doctor’s Best Benfotiamine 300 mg accidentally changed everything. Let me set the scene: I’ve been managing MCAS, CIRS, and an alphabet soup of other health issues for years. I had a decent supplement routine with a B-Complex and one lonely capsule of benfotiamine per day. It wasn’t doing much, but I figured, “Eh, it’s fine.” Spoiler: It wasn’t. One fateful day, in a haze of brain fog so intense it should’ve had its own weather advisory, I reached for my usual 9 HCl Betaine and instead popped 9 benfotiamine capsules. Yes, nine. Cue immediate panic and failed attempt at induced vomiting followed by an emergency Google search: “Can I overdose on thiamine?” Turns out, no, you can’t. But what you can do is accidentally flip the switch on your nervous system and turn your life around. Within hours, the lights came back on. The derealization that had made me feel like I was living in a Salvador Dalí painting—gone. My brain fog lifted, my words stopped slurring, and I wasn’t stumbling around like I had a permanent case of the wobbles. It was like my nervous system took a deep breath and said, “Finally, you figured it out.” Why I Love This Product (and You Might Too): Immediate Results: That accidental high dose was like a thiamine-powered reboot for my brain and body. Since then, I’ve settled on 2–5 capsules a day, and the results have been consistent and life-changing. Tripping over my own feet used to be my daily reality. Now? Not even a guest star in my life--though the tingling almost never stops. Maybe one day; a gal can dream... Thiamine Deficiency Awareness: Look, Western medicine is sleeping on this one. My neurologist told me, “You don’t have beriberi—you’d be catatonic.” As if there's no path to becoming catatonic. Well, Doc, I’m not catatonic, but I was a mess until I started taking this. Pro tip: Research thiamine deficiency (check out Elliot Overton’s work) and be your own health advocate. Pro Tips for Maximum Effectiveness: Benfotiamine works best with some friends—co-factors like magnesium, riboflavin (B2), vitamin B6, niacin (B3), selenium, molybdenum, biotin, zinc, and iodine. If you want the full story (delivered in a soothing, ASMR-style narration), check out my video Thiamine Girl Summer: https://youtu.be/yT40nUOj89s?si=xC_NBedQO1BITgDA Final Thoughts: Doctor’s Best Benfotiamine 300 mg isn’t just a supplement—it’s my knight in shining armor (I've tried other brands but feel this one the most (I have no idea why)). While I don’t recommend starting with nine capsules, I'm so glad I did. This product has been a total game-changer for me. It might just be the key to your brain fog, neuropathy, or fatigue mystery too. Do yourself a favor: grab a bottle, pair it with the co-factors, and maybe join the Thiamine Girl Summer revolution.

Spread the word B1 will change your life
Not really sure how to express how much this product has change my working habits and overall life. If you lack mental focus, suffer from food cravings, nerve pain this stuff will change your life. This particular brand of B1 absorbs better. My recall is on another level now. I find my self cleaning my apartment more. Working out more. Sharper at work. I also sprained my knee recently and B1 healed the nerve damage permanently. Do some research and you will find our typical diets force us to be deficient in B1. Also read that diabetics need even more B1 than most and this could help heal some nerve pain that they experience. Kids need B1 even more. Spread the word. ————————————————— 2 years update I was taking B1 off and on due to so many supplements that I take and cycle on and off from. Well what brought me back you ask? Even though I cut back my consumption of Alcohol significantly I still noticed some moderate brain fog and trouble with concentration. I also fast a lot. After getting some X-rays done recently I felt disoriented and not myself. GOD has a way of sending me these random YouTube algorithm videos. I happened to run into this Elliot Overton who created at least 5 videos on the benefits of B1 and how certain environmental factors (too much alcohol, too much carbs, radiation, stress, fasting, too much coffee etc etc could lead to the depletion of my B1 reserves. It’s funny because I completely forgot that B1 could be used as a nootropic. I remembered it used purely for neuropathy. He also mentioned that depending on the person and condition it was safe to increase my dose to close to a gram. Well you know me I said why not! Out of all the nootropic supplements that I take this dosage gave me instant relief especially with tedious tasks, disgruntled coworkers and even had the energy to hit the gym after work. I will give everyone another update in 30 days in case this was placebo. I’m curious what happens once I acclimate to this dosage and if I should cycle on and off etc. But so far this by far is the pick me that I really needed. Focus is so important to me these days and this definitely helped. Forgot to mention Dr. Berg has several videos on B1 also that put me on this path but for those that need a deeper dive I definitely recommend watching Elliot Overton also. Remember we all deserve wellness. There are endless solutions out there and each person is different so never give up. Never stop seeking!!!

No impact for me
Tried this for a year, mostly to try and solve tinnitus but looked out for the many benefits mentioned by others as well. Anecdotally, I never saw any positive or negative impact (never ran any tests though). For the last month I tried doubling the dosage but still experienced no impacts. Hope it works for you!

What the doctor ordered.
This is a product recommended by my physician. I keep this on a subscription basis. Easy to use. Easy to swallow. No stomach upset. It is a type of B1. It seems to be effective.
