Love the fact that you dont need to carrry cables since it comes with two USB-C charging cables. Cons: its a bit heavier compared to what I am used to carrying. But I understand why

In Built Cable Does not Charge
One of the built in cables has stopped working within a year. I gave a 2 star initially, and at the same time started the warranty claim. The team at Anker were very supportive and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome. I gave it a 5 start because of the after sales support from Anker

Poor Quality and Safety Concerns
I bought this battery about a month ago and, although at first it seemed like a good choice due to its capacity (25,000 mAh and 165W), I was very disappointed with the quality of its materials. It comes with a strap designed for carrying, but after just a few weeks of use the cable started showing a short circuit. What’s even worse is that this wasn’t an isolated issue: I purchased two units, and both had the exact same problem. The brand offered to replace the first battery free of charge, but I’m certain the issue will happen again since this is clearly a manufacturing defect, not a coincidence. Having a cable with a short circuit in a device of this size and power is not only inconvenient but also a safety risk. For a battery that cost over $100, I expected better durability and reliability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product due to its poor build quality and the lack of trust it inspires in terms of safety.
