I bought these for a “golden” party theme. Although I was a bit worried because of some previous reviews. Yet, I absolutely love this playing card set. Fits the theme and the card design stands out very nicely. You can see details on the cards and it almost look like it was sewn in perfect precision. The way light reflects off the cards gives the art a 3D look (don’t know how to explain it but look at the King of spades pic provided). I don’t yet know durability but they are flexible enough to bend and not lose shape easily so we shall see. There are no misspelled words on certificate nor misaligned designs or missing cards. The box has no scratches and nicely glossed. I opened and closed many times to see if hinges hold nicely and they don’t feel loose or weak. They are definitely solid playing cards-great for the party. I’m not expecting any playing card set to last forever but these feel like they can outlast a regular set. I feel I got what I wanted and more for the price. I have a feeling my cards playing friends will want a set and I’ll happily purchase these again :)

Got this as a gift for a friend, and it was a hit! The wooden box looks great, and the gold foil cards are visually stunning. They feel durable and comfortable in the hand. We opened them right away and played a game—everyone got a kick out of them. A fun and unique gift idea!

Really fun to play with, and really fun to see the looks on the other players faces when they see the cards for the first time. I find the gold coating makes them a bit slippery, making them very easy to shuffle. Great deck of cards.

I love everything else about the product the texture, flexibility, and look of the cards are great! The problem lies with the ace of hearts, it’s the only card in the deck that printed up side down. The back of the card doesn’t align with the rest of the deck, and if you do align it the heart faces upside down.

I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend I play cards with who turned 90. Beautiful cards in a beautiful well made wood box. We have not played with the cards yet and they are so beautiful I am not sure we will. Great price and quality. A perfect gift for someone who loves to play cards

Good quality perfect gift

I wasn't sure if these would be nice or cheesy. I got them for a friend, and we were both impressed with how nice they looked the whole time we were playing with them. I'm no great conasseur, but these have nice deep, rich color. The clubs, diamonds etc have a concentric holographic effect that's cool too. If you like what you see in the image, these are highly recommended.
