The most important feature in a toy for me is the ability to be very quiet. I like my private alone time to be truly private and a noisy toy will turn me off. This gem is truly quiet! It still packs a powerful vibration. I don’t even have mine turned all the way up and it does the job. Since they offer a 12-month warranty, I contacted customer service, expecting a resolution. However, after multiple emails and providing all requested information, I have yet to receive any meaningful response. It's been 3 weeks and I'm just giving up at this point. I’m disappointed by both the product’s short lifespan and the lack of support. Svakom does not seem to honor its warranty or prioritize customer satisfaction. Don't waste your money.

I honestly love it, I'm on my second because i accidentally damaged the first and I missed it so bad (long story short: remember, it's splash proof, but not water proof). Has a great battery life. I've seen some people say it's too weak but I disagree. I never bump it up to max, even when it's low on battery, because it'd be too much. 5 settings, 1 of which is the constant, the rest are different pulses, and 5 levels of strength. I usually leave it on 3-4. It's not super quiet but not loud either. You'd probably hear it if you're in the room and it's otherwise quiet. But you won't be waking up the room next to yours. Small and discrete, easy to clean, pleasant in the hand. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good, straightforward vibe.
