I normally don’t write reviews but for this one I took my time! The pictures are before and after. My puppy has shown a great improvement on her tear stains since I’ve been applying the cream. I’ve been doing it every day once a day after cleaning the area with a wet tissue. The tear stains didn't go away the first week but I’ve been patient enough and now the results are great. Since then I’ve been also giving her bottle water instead of tap water which I think has helped a lot with the process too. It’s a very expensive cream but does the job, you just need to be constant and wait for the results! My puppy also had a little sore on her tale and I applied this cream on it, it was like a miracle! After only three days the sore healed. The cream last long time as well, I still have more than half of the bottle using it for the whole month. I hardly recommended.

Took me a while to get onto this stuff but I’m glad I did. I apply a pea-sized amount just once a week after evening bath time to my Frenchie’s face folds. It’s very thick so may need rubbing in again further in the morning, but the results are impressive. No more redness.

Best cream i have ever used. I’ve tried so many brands since buying this and none have the same effect! After one week of use his creases are healed, hair grows back and no sign of stains. Will be buying again!

The product itself is okay but the container gave way on day one. Kinda gutted but just had to put it in pot.

My French Bulldog used to be a terror for wiping his face against the corner walls of my new house. If it wasn't the walls, it was the furniture or cabinets in my kitchen. I bought this cream as the reviews were excellent. It's not cheap, and the tube was smaller than I expected. But having said that, it is worth every penny. I use this two or three times a week and I don't think Victor has scratched himself since then. The walls are clean at last, and his itching is alleviated. It's a bit like Sudocream, has a similar thickness and consistency. It stays on white for a few hours and then fades. It also lasts very well, you get a lot from a blob and I will buy again. Highly recommended, if only for saving your furnishings!

Hi very sorry the bottom of tube is faulty not been sealed properly squeezed tube without realising it all came out other end all over me if you look closely tube has no seal markings so just a faulty tube please send a replacement

Completely overpriced for what it is - reminds me of Sudocrem. I’m guessing the formula is 99% the same! Everything about the texture, smell etc screams Sudocrem to me. Despite massaging into the folds so it sits on the skin/wiping off excess, it ends up gathering in clumps and easily transfers onto clothing, sofas etc. Very oily initially. Make sure you squish to tube around to mix it back up as the formula split a little. As for results, used daily as recommended. Currently on day 14 - hasn’t done a great job at all for staining. I’m guessing this stuff works more for infected or irritated folds rather than just stained? Complete waste of £20.00. Won’t be recommending. If I could send it back and have a refund I would!

Produit génial!!! J’ai des Bulldogs anglais qui ont des problèmes de peau, ce produit marche super bien dans les plis de la face. Bien nettoyer les plis avant l’application. Il faudra bien sûr renouveler le nettoyage et l’application du produit, à voir pour la fréquence selon votre chien.
