Great Christmas decor
The quality is decent for the price, though the rope needs to be hung properly to keep Santa climbing without getting stuck. It’s lightweight and easy to set up. My toddler absolutely loves watching Santa move up and down, so it has become a fun Christmas-time entertainment at home.

Defective piece - returning back
Substandard piece have to return back. Quality not good. Not packed properly when delivered. Didn't work - was defective.

Amazing christmas gift for toddlers climbing and musical santa wonderful quality and reasonable price .my daughter loved it .

Decent with room for improvement
It definetly adds a charm to the over all Xmas tree theme that I had going on. I know most of these toys are imported from another country and pretty much the voice boxes or the speaker of it have that loud noise and for a while you can listen to it I think. But over a period of time it does get irritating and you probably want to turn it off. So I think for future improvement you should have the option to turn off the voice completely, and even I guess it will last longer in terms of the battery usage. Another thing is the ladder that the center climbs on. It is flimsy and it needs to be at a specific angle for the center to climb up and down so that can be another improvement and NC reason I give it a three stars. I mean I read the entire product description and I know these two things were not there but I chose to purchase it so for what they have advertised and what I received is expected, but these two things improvement can definitely be considered in the future. Hoping..

Good product
A fun product to give gift to someone on Christmas. My kids are super happy with this. It so cool and fun to use. Function are quite easy as these are battery operated so kids can easily play with this.
