Took a while to break in, but I do find them comfortable now. Kind of stiff, not squishy at all if you’re going for that feel.

I have two different brands of insoles and while the other pair works ok, these have brought my feet around to not hurting when I don't have my shoes on!! Thus, I would put these right up with the store out there that charge thousands for their insert! They are holding up very well with daily use and fit well in my shoes. I have flat feet so the arch made me nervous but they are really quite comfortable! Again, my pain has become a thing that happens very rarely now and wearing these brings about the relief quickly. These are a GREAT buy!!

These are pretty thin and are just 'ok.' They Don't provide much support or pain relief from my plantar fasciitis pain is still present, even after a week of using them. They are easy to put into my boots, didn't even have to cut them, which was nice.

I bought a pair of shoes and they still did not offer my high arches enough support. So I got these because they looked durable. They are solid enough to support my arch but the cushion still has a soft gel. They fit in my shoe perfectly so I did not need to resize them (I got a size large and wear a size 11 in Women's) They work great, I used to wake up every morning limping because my foot was in pain and that has nearly entirely been resolved even while being pregnant now. At first they do hurt a bit but trust the process after a few wears you'll feel that relief. I wear them everyday now in my running shoes and was able to get 20k+ steps in a day or about 8-10+ miles daily! I didn't think that you could really get that amount of pain relief without some sort of medical intervention but they perform much better than intended and I will definitely get more of this brand when it's time to replace them. Thay also aren't to expensive for the benefit you will receive so I definitely seen them worth it.

These are very beneficial for providing comfort and relief! Noticeable difference as soon as they are in your shoes. I take out the soles that came originally in my shoes due to the padding thickness, so you only need these. I’m a 6’4 235 lbs very athletic basketball player and the agility, lateral movement, jumping/landing, acceleration/deceleration that I do for at the least 2 hours is exhausting. The pain relief I feel after hoop sessions now is way more tolerable. Arch support is there as well. I wear a size 13 and it’s true to size.
