I actually like it except I wish there was some kind of strap to place on the forehead to pull your head/neck back for BETTER results. It’s great for your back posture but NOT your neck

Who is the "genius" that designed this. It's almost unusable. The center part is hard and causes pain on your spine. Simply adding some cushioning would of corrected this problem. I'll be sending it back.

The product itself in the description was good enough and clear. The challenge of course is the discipline of the mind to use this enough times throughout the week. I am still working on that. Otherwise, quite happy with the product.
