This is a wonderful best product ever. This helps my husband and I to sleep way better. We both get much needed sleep. The size is nice. This does help improve the mood. No side effects for us both. I used to use everyday the fit Medics lab brand of l-theanine, and it was a great product! It works and was a good value. Being is this one says it is double strength, I had high hopes for it. But the bottle I got? It is not double strength. In fact, I had to double up on the capsules just to have the same effect of one of the capsules from fit Medics lab. The $19.99 price is a good value because it will last a whole year theoretically. I recommend this product, but be prepared that you may need to take two capsules as well.
