But my first attempt at implementing this was with a separate piece, which goes on top of the sheet. Simply using a whole sheet is a much better option. Nothing slides, of course. I really like the quality of the sheet. Fortunately, there is an outlet right near the location of the electric plug. So mechanically, everything is great. Overall, the sheet is great. You would never know there is silver inside. Maybe this is why it cost so much? Highly recommended.

I know the grounding sheets work, but my husband wasn’t convinced. I didn’t tell him it was grounding, but gauged his sleep patterns compared to before placing the grounding sheet. He sleeps more soundly, doesn’t snore as much and wakes up more rested than before.
