This is a good beginner set of boxing equipment. The bag and gloves are much higher quality than expected. We filled the bag with blankets, etc. and it works great. The instructions are not good, so make sure you secure the bag to a joist. Much easier to install under a deck or in an unfinished basement. Overall, it is a tremendous bargain and great home-exercise option.

I wouldn’t use it for kick boxing, but I’m sure it will hold up for boxing cardio. I filled it with shredded cedar from the pet store, and top it off as it packs down. It’s pretty solid and heavy now and retains its shape due to the density of the filling. The boxing gloves are functional, and the other items are nice to have.
