Buyer beware! I have dark brown hair. Directions for use conflict with the video on the website. Reached out to the company for clarification before I began. This product does not lather. The video shows it lathering and as a “shampoo” you would expect it to lather. It says you only need 2-3 pumps. That didn’t begin to cover my head. Waiting 25 months before rinsing it out. Clearly did not fully cover the gray roots and you can def see the color difference. Now to return, not only did I need to pay for shipping, but I need to pay to send it back. That alone cost over $10 for a product that does not work on dark hair.

Applying this dye shampoo is so simple and fast, just like using a regular shampoo. I can cover my grays in just 15-20 minutes.
