I’m really impressed with Neubria Krill Oil! I’ve been taking two capsules a day, and I can already feel the difference. My joints feel more flexible, my energy is up, and I’ve noticed a boost in my focus. Plus, it has astaxanthin, which is great for my skin and inflammation. It’s sourced from Antarctic krill, so I can also feel good knowing it’s pure and sustainable. The omega-3s (EPA & DHA) in each serving are exactly what I needed to support my heart and brain health. If you’re looking for a high-quality, easy-to-take supplement, this is definitely it! I’m giving it 5 stars and will definitely be buying again.

This krill oil comes in a glass recyclable bottle. The soft capsules are red/pink, the colour comes from the algae that the krill eat, individually they do not have a noticeable odour, taste or after taste although the shell is made from fish gelatin, glycerol, sorbitol and water. If you sniffed the capsules in the bottle you get a very definite fish smell but I don’t find it overpowering or unpleasant. I find swallowing tablets difficult but these capsules are very easy to swallow. Very fast delivery. I eat oily fish every week but I wasn’t sure whether I was getting enough in my diet as studies show the benefits that daily intake of Omega 3 have on heart and brain health. I have taken fish oil for many years however I understand that krill oil has a higher bioavailability than fish oil so for that reason I was interested to try it. It can take 8 to 12 weeks to feel the benefits so I will report write back in a few months. There is some safety information on the bottle, encouraging consultation with ones GP or pharmacist. It also says that it is not suitable for children, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. I always do my own research and was amazed to find that krill oil does have possible side effects that are not mentioned on the bottle, box or in the product information. I found out that If you have a bleeding disorder/condition or taking medication or supplements such as aspirin, warfarin, heparin, garlic, ginkgo biloba or NSAIDS then you should have some supervision from your GP. Also you shouldn’t take it 2 weeks before or after surgery. If you are allergic to seafood you shouldn’t take krill oil, the information is on the bottle but It doesn’t appear in ‘the usual place’. I’m used to looking for allergy advice but I would have never thought to look for it in the Best Before advice as it is here. The lack of more comprehensive and clearly set out safety information is the only reason I have dropped a star. There is a concern that harvesting krill for human consumption could deplete the supply for its predators. So I would only purchase krill oil from suppliers who harvest the krill from sustainable sources. I am pleased to read that Neubria does indeed use Antarctic krill from sustainable, traceable sources. The dosage is 2 capsules daily to be taken with a meal ‘on a full stomach’, so depending on the number you take this 60 capsule pack provides for 30 days. Currently it is being sold for £ 21.27 with free delivery. Personally I will buy this krill oil in future but take one capsule a day as oily fish are part of my diet and my budget for supplements is somewhat limited. The Best Before Date and Batch no. are on the base of the bottle. This bottle’s BBD is very good being 05. 2022.

Omega-3 fats are essential fats that you must get from your diet. They have important benefits for your heart, brain and metabolism. Those capsules it's easy to swallow, overall great product.

Over the many years of being a Vine reviewer, I have tested a great many fish capsule products. Some have been poor, others very good. This product is at the very good end of the spectrum. Krill oil has virtually all the benefits of fish oils in terms of Omega 3, but without the after taste, you can sometimes get from taking large oil-filled capsules. A second benefit is that the oil these tablets contain supposedly come from a sustainable source. They are small and have no taste. I take one in the morning and one in the evening for joint and heart care. I do not like to eat fish, but I still want the benefits of the Omega oils. These tablets deliver such benefits. Whilst no tablet is ever better than a balanced diet that is rich in the vitamins, minerals and oils you need, such fish supplements are great if you hate the taste of eating fish. Overall, these are great tablets and offer very good value compared to some brands. I am therefore happy to recommend them.

Excellent source and quantity of Omega 3 - easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or ill effects. Good value for money, considering the quality.

Out of date December 2019. I had been using Neubria Omega 3 for a good while. This batch was out of date when received. It's a shame, still jumping hoops to get refund.
