I’m hooked. The Answr product has my hair healthier and stronger. This product helps to prevent breakage. It works on my natural. I went directly from texturized to Answr and it worked fine. I have been using Answr for about a year. The hair is protected from heat and dries quicker. The product is very gentle and does not have a toxic smell like other keratin treatments. I do the treatment about once a month. I have it on automatic order lol. It is recommended to use sulfate free shampoo for keratin treatments. I still use heat protection when I wash as well. This is the #1 best product.

For my fine 3b hair, this works better than other at home keratin straightening treatments. Most of the time I blowdry style the front and wear the rest curly. Application is fairly easy: 1. Apply to clean dry hair until it is wet, not dripping (I use gloves and then comb it through) 2. Let it sit 40ish minutes (timing depends on hair thickness) 3. Rinse with plain water 4. Blowdry hair until it is dry 5. Flatiron each section 6 times at 200 degrees Celcius / about 400 degrees Farenheit (I use 350 Fahrenheit) 6. Wait 24+ hours for next wash There are very low to minimal fumes while flatironing this treatment and then afterwards my hair feels soft and conditioned. Other treatments make my eyes and throat burn horribly, leave my hair waxy and stinky, plus cause breakage. Blow drying and/or flatironing after treatment makes my hair nice and straight. Yet my wash and go styles are curly and natural. I can use a light- medium gel to set a looser curl then scrunch out any crunchiness. I am happy with this product and recommend it to those who like having the option of wearing their hair straight or curly.

Followed directions to a tee after reading all the information on actual website too. Made no real difference on hair at all but did strip color.

This works AMAZINGLY on my daughter's 4c hair. Followed instructions precisely and it turned out fantastic! Also it did not ruin her curl pattern when she got it wet. We simply allowed her hair to air dry, then resealed with a flat iron. FYI, if you have thick or long hair (my daughter has both) you may need 2 bottles like we did. Overall we are more than happy with the product and will use it again.

I want to help my daughter choose a less irritating straightening , because her hair is frizzy and naturally curly. She hopes that it will be less frizzy after using it, but she doesn't want it to be too straight. After we used it, she felt that it was too straight, so she only kept it for one day and washed it. Although it is not straight now, it is the state my daughter likes. Her hair is much smoother. So I am not sure if we insist on washing hair for 3 days, can it be as straight as it is advertised. It has a fragrance, but it is not irritating at all and will not make you cry. Her skin has no allergic reactions, burning, etc. The only drawback is that the price is a bit expensive.

So I had an allergic reaction to the treatment, and the first day it sweated out. But I run hot in my head so you take what you will with that. I repressed it and when I sweat my roots will curl up but everything else remains somewhat straight. Can’t compare to anything else this is my first keratin treatment.

Great product! I use it every 5-6 weeks as stated. Same result as going to the salon, saved me hundred of dollars!!

This product did leave my hair more manageable, but it stripped the color, especially near the roots. :/ I tested it on the ends, unfortunately I didn’t test it on the roots. Just a heads up!
