Janome Memory Craft 200E Embroidery Machine With Free Bonus Accessories!

We bought this machine and it didn't work. Tried to return it and they told me it was too late, outside the 30 day return policy and to contact the manufacturer who in turn says Amazon used an unauthorized dealer. So now I have a $500 purchase that doesn't work and everyone points the finger at the other stating its their fault. Total irresponsibility that is unnacceptable.

A helpmate for my friend and she is using already as just texed me to that effect.

My wife loves her machine. I think it exceeded her expectations.
