I bought this for my grandkids and this weekend watched them play. It engaged them because it was fun to play with, easy to orientate and create the tracks. The quality looks great and given the hours of play - and learning - they will get it is excellent for what was paid. Would recommend as open-ended play is the best sort of play.

The LEGO DUPLO Train Tunnel and Tracks Expansion Set has been a wonderful addition to our children’s playtime. My five-year-old son was excited to add this to his existing DUPLO collection, and my seven-year-old daughter enjoys assisting him in setting it up. The pieces are durable and well-crafted, as expected, and the track connects effortlessly to the main set without any challenges, even for small hands. The interactive features, including the two-way points and action brick, make it engaging, and the tunnel adds an entertaining element. That said, some of the assembly can feel slightly repetitive for adults helping out. Furthermore, while the set is certainly modular, it doesn’t include additional trains, meaning owning the main train set is essential to make the most of it. It has been a constructive way to encourage problem-solving while keeping the children entertained, giving me a chance to focus on tasks in the kitchen.

Quality of Lego/Duplo sets is always good, virtually indestructible. But if this "tunnel" were twice as long as it is, it would still be a stretch to call it a tunnel. It's more like a decorative archway. Also annoying putting one switch piece in, as with this extension set AND the interactive train set, you still can't build a track with more than one loop. It should really come with at least 2 of the "tunnel" pieces, and 2 switch pieces, to be a worthwhile set.

Ein wirklich schönes Ergänzungsset für die Duplo-Eisenbahnwelt. Die Weichen lassen sich leicht bedienen und erfordern kaum Kraft – unser zweijähriges Kind kommt super damit zurecht. Der Tunnel ist stabil und optisch schön gemacht. Ich habe das Set zweimal gekauft, um einen „echten“ Tunnel bauen zu können – das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Alles passt perfekt zu den bestehenden Duplo-Schienen und sorgt für noch mehr Spielspaß und Abwechslung.

Due to the reduced price here, we bought two sets to have the complete tunnel. It is also a cheap way to have extra railways and switch pieces! So now we can build a super train track, which my 2 years old son loves!

Antes de nada, hay que tener en cuenta que esto se trata de un PACK DE EXPANSIÓN. No te sirve si no tienes otro pack con tren de Lego Duplo. Si lo comparamos con los packs de tren de Lego Duplo, que son carísimos, este pack me parece que tiene un precio bastante contenido. Es cierto que solo se trata de un pack de expansión, pero no me parece especialmente caro para lo que viene siendo Lego. Si tienes un pack de tren, creo que es imprescindible comprar este pack de expansión, porque sino se te puede quedar algo corto. Incluye agujas para cambiar de vía, y hace que la experiencia sea mejor. Respecto a los materiales, como siempre, calidad Lego. Facilidad de montaje y los niños se lo pasan genial :-)
