These Pilates training bands have quickly become one of my favorite at-home workout tools. Whether I’m doing mat work, stretching, or resistance exercises, they’ve added a whole new level of challenge and control to my routine. The set I got includes multiple resistance levels, which is perfect for progressing over time or targeting different muscle groups. I started with the light band for warm-ups and now use the medium and heavy bands for core, glutes, and leg work. And since I don’t like how latex feels on my skin, I can really appreciate the material of these bands. They don’t slide or cut my skin, I would recommend these to anyone who doesn’t like wrapping plastic around their legs.

Good quality, love that they come in a bag so you don’t loose them and the light-heavy are written in the bands.

Love these. Great value. Love that they come in different tensions without having to buy separately. These are good for many things.

Good quality but don’t like they are a solid ring making it hard to use on upper body but great for legs

I like this set a lot, especially compared to the standard latex bands. I chose this because it has both the short bands and long bands, for more versatility in workouts. The only thing is I can't do is tie loops at the ends for kicks or ballet type exercises. The non-slip band is functional and non irritating, and the material itself is pretty sturdy. The difference in stretch between the strengths are noticeable, but I haven't tested the accuracy in the weight range.

The quality of these are amazing!! And I love the colors. I’ve been using them in my workouts for about a month now. These are the first set of bands that I’ve bought that don’t move or roll up on me while I’m working out. I also love that they’re fabric with a non slip rubber lining inside and they’re super light weight. These won’t get flimsy or hard over time like the rubber ones do. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
