I really suffer from hormonal hot feet at bedtime. I also have restless legs so trying to sleep is hard work. These have really helped me. They stay cold for a while and are weighty with helps my restless legs. They are easy to use and comfy material. Really happy with them.

I suffer with hot feet and these do help me keep them cooler for a short time. Would be nice if they stayed cooler for longer but I think that is probably down to my feet than the item.

I've only used these once on a night where my hot feet were keeping me awake, but they were extremely effective in cooling them down and giving me the relief I needed to get to sleep. My only gripe with them is that they almost feel a little bit "sweaty" after I time, but I'd rather that than burning hot feet.
