These are an absolute game changer for a pellet grille. They are perfect for grilling a ribeye that gets a nice crust without overcooking. Preheat the grille with the searing side up and you are ready for a great steak. Flip them over to the grille side and they are perfect for chicken thighs and asparagus. Super simple to season and clean. I bought the four plate set for the Recteq Legend and they fit great. Absolutely must have upgrade for your grille at a very high value

I love grilling but don't like miss steaks...this avoids flare ups and burnt meat as advertised. Yes not cheap but quality is worth it. I use them on various grills easy to take apart and move around.

I love this product. I got one for my PK grill and it takes the PK to a whole new level. It makes great sear marks, the grill burns hotter, and flare ups are greatly reduced. It does everything it claims to do. I had a little shipping problem and their customer service was great to work with.( I can't say the same for Fedex) plus it's made in the USA. Highly recommended.
