I have often seen swimmers with these masks on and wanted to try one for myself.The design of this snorkel should provide for less fog, as it has an air inlet at the top of the mask which circulates air inside the mask when you suck air in, the one way valves allows air to go in to the mouth/nose area, and when you breath out the one way valves close and air is expelled through other valves in to the water. This way you have constant fresh air being pulled through the mask preventing the build up of humidity causing fog. You can feel the fresh air circulating at the top of your nose, and face.The instructions that come with the mask are difficult to understand as the images do not align with the actual mask and the accessories provided, seems to be different versions, none of which are the same as the mask provided, subtle differences. When I watched the video on the advertisers page it showed the actual unit I was supplied with, and then I was able to clip things together. You are also supplied with a rubber ring, no idea what it is for, an action camera fixing - I haven't attached it as it feels like it may break as it is so tight, I'm unsure if this is for a different model, but for now I left it off because I don't have an action cam!The mask fit was good, there are adjustable straps at the back, comes on and off easily enough, you simply lift it up and over your head. The soft silicone interior is comfortable, it all feels good with no deep indentations in the skin after use.There is a fitting chart, I think most adults will require the L/XL version - but follow the chart on the product page to ensure you get the right size. Measure the distance from the top bridge of your nose to the bottom of your chin (with closed mouth).I note that on the mask lens it showed an image with a cross through it of someone going under water - from this I assume you shouldn't use the mask to go down, rather, you just float at the top - this is different to what I expected, as I am used to a conventional snorkel where you are able to dive down to see stuff and then return to the surface.This mask is quite weighty at 440g and takes more room than a conventional mask- almost half a kilo which can eat in to your luggage space and weight allowance.For the reasons given above, poor instructions and inability to go under water I give 4 stars.

The snorkel mask arrived in a lightweight netted bag which is ideal for travelling with and was wrapped in a foam bag to prevent any scuffs or scratches. Inside the bag is the snorkel itself with tube and some additional ear plugs. I ordered the blue and white version of the mask in size large – extra-large which fits both myself and partner well. It does also come in green/white, grey/orange, black and finally pink/white.The main feature with this mask is that you can dive underwater, without the risk of the mask filling with water due to the float ball in the breathing tube which blocks the valve and prevents any leaks. The float ball releases when the tube is above the water which allows for easy breathing through both your nose and mouth. The side breathing system works really well (breathing feels very natural) and it doesn’t fog either. The mask has a brilliant panoramic range of 180° which allows an unobstructed view and the lens is very clear too.The breathing tube comes apart to be stored inside the mask for easy transportation and personally I think that this type of mask is far superior to the traditional snorkel set as well as easier to use. The mask has a good tight seal which is enabled by the soft silicone which is comfortable against your face and worked even worked quite well with my partner’s short stubble beard. The adjustable straps give a good amount of flexibility so you can share between family members and it is ideal for taking away on your holidays.The mask does also have a camera mount support on top but this isn’t something I am likely to ever use so can’t comment on where it is secure. Priced at £22.39 at the time of reviewing, this is a nice full face snorkelling mask which is strong and durable. I’ve enjoyed using it in the sea and feel that it gives a much better experience when snorkelling.
