BACOENG 2 Gallon Acrylic Vacuum Chamber, Degassing Chamber Kit for Resin, Silicone and Epoxies

My camera stopped working after some water got into my phone. I already had a vacuum pump for doing car A/C work and tried to DIY a small vacuum chamber for my phone but it just wasn't working. This showed up 14 hours after I ordered it, I ran the vacuum pump for 25 minutes and all the water was removed from my phone. Now my camera is working perfectly once again! This thing is built really well for the price, nice thick acrylic, easy to use and hooks up with a 1/4" manifold set (or the included hose is a standard 1/4" size too). I'm thrilled that I don't need to buy a new phone thanks to this item.

It functions exactly as expected, compared to trying to diy build a tank yourself this seems like a no brainer. It seems to seal perfectly, so far no complaints about the build quality, its easier to just buy this than to make your own so it’s worth the cost, and it’s very straightforward to use.

This is so cool but it really should come with a vacuum pump! Doing all kinds of science experiments!

It holds a vacuum longer than it says it will. I've very pleased so far.

Good concept but what I received would not produce a seal and thus incapable of any vacuum. I verified that everything up to the inlet port from the tank was proper and function, the lid just sits on the base not that there is interface, so perhaps the rubbery wrap around the lid could not seal against the chamber's top surface.
