Perfect! Finally I don’t have to use a rolled up towel which I have to adjust all night. I love the fact I can get a firm foam that is smaller. I’m a side sleeper and it’s the perfect size for my neck and head. Quality product. The length is great. Not this super long roll. Wonderful for anyone with neck issues. Finally get to sleep without having to constantly adjust. I definitely recommend this product as it has brought me relief.

Firm enough to be supportive and the correct diameter to relieve your neck. Works very well, I use it most nights.

A high quality, well made support pillow, firm is quite firm, so might want to get the normal firmness for more supple comfort.

This is just perfect for me. I don't use it for my new, but under my thighs while sitting to reduce the strain on my sacrum/spine. It works well and is very comfortable. I also have a stiff foam roll on another chair I use, but it is nowhere near as comfortable. The transaction was smooth, not an overnight, but that was clear up front.
