Q: Does this product make you sick?

If you have candida(skin rashes, chronic fatigue, brain fog, possible cough, susceptibility to fungal infections { finger or toe nails}, and possible sinus issues you will probably experience some discomfort depending on how well you are able to cut out certain foods. Mostly occasional mild diarrhea and possibly some headaches. So NO, I don't rate this product as making you sick. On the acute 14 day regiment you should try and eat only lean beef, chicken, fish(no shell fish),lots of green veggies, raw veggies, natural nuts and seeds, and try and incorporate fresh garlic and ginger in your diet. Use olive oil for everything(no butter), no dairy, no potatoes, no fruit, NO SUGAR, no bread, wheat or flour of any kind! You can have brown and wild rice, quinoa, millet, rice flour. So basically just meat and veggies!! You can slowly reintroduce somethings into your diet after all your symptoms have cleared up, but really no sugar. Q: Does this kill good bacteria?

After taking this product, I had extreme abdominal pain, diarrhea and developed a rash all over my body and wound up in my local ER. I don’t know if it kills bacteria but it almost killed me. I took the bottle to the ER with me and when the doctor read the ingredients it just said proprietary blend so they had no idea what I had actually ingested. Hope this helps.

Q: Do you have to be on the candida diet for this product to work?

It would be best, but I kind of modified it.
