It is so important to know what your body needs before taking something. I struggle with hormone imbalances (PMDD for those in the know) and am recovering from adrenal fatigue. My symptoms tend to worsen with stress. When I found this product and after reading the ingredients I decided it would be worth a try! I am a diligent researcher about what I put in my body and found what was in Vitality to be what I needed. During a particularly stressful month I took it daily for additional support. Within 24 hours I could feel a difference. I felt an overall sense of calm even though I was surrounded by calamity 😄. My energy level was better and I didn’t feel like napping for hours. I slept better as well. This product is not for everyone. It is for people who tend to internalize stress and need adrenal support. Be aware: since it is herbal the smell is quite earthy. Don’t let it put you off. It is like swallowing any other pill and should be taken with a little food. Even something like a protein shake would work. I have taken it on an empty stomach because of morning distractions. It didn’t make me super sick but I didn’t feel great either. A handful of nuts fixed the problem.

I’ve been taking this for almost 3 months now and I’ve noticed such a difference in my mood and how I feel. I’m also take 2 other supplements from this same company and love them. The first 2 orders I received the bottle on the left (inner vitality) this time I received the one on the right (vitality). I have not tried the vitality yet but I want to know why I received something different? Ingredients are all the same just different amounts? If it works better ill definitely love to try it but don't want to take it if its not as affective.

I love Vitality! I have fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and adrenal fatigue, and my most important goal is to keep my stress levels low and my energy levels balanced. This supplement has truly been helpful in accomplishing that. I love the herbal adaptogenic ingredients (I've used them in my own homemade supplements), and they've been effective in improving my mood, energy and overall health. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and I believe the quality of this supplement is excellent. I take 2-4 each day with food and water, and it helps to keep my stress levels low so I can focus on living a happy, fulfilling life, despite all the chronic pain and debilitating symptoms. I highly recommend this!

Tried taking recommended dose of 1 capsule twice a day, but felt nothing. Only when I take the dosage for immediate results, 2 capsules twice a day, do I feel any better. And it's not by much, maybe 15% better throughout my day. Which isn't nothing, mind you. Taking 4 capsules a day does help me struggle less through my days, but that means I'm paying $30 for only 2 weeks of feeling slightly better and I'm taking 4 more capsules on top of everything else. Not really worth it.

I purchased this supplement based on blood work results I got showing me where my deficiencies were. Vitality checked all those boxes. My hair and skin are so bright and healthy, my energy levels are more balanced, and my weight has been gradually dropping. This product is amazing! I have been using the "staying cool" product by this company so I tried "vitality" for my Peri-menopausal anxiety issues that just came upon me without warning. I did not want to take an RX, and this has been a life saver! I take one capsule before bedtime with water and I have no anxiety issues at all. This product has no side affects for me and I notice that I also have more energy as well, an added bonus to getting rid of my horrible anxiety due to menopause. I have been taking it for about two weeks. One note- I did notice that when I took 2 capsules at night, I had joint aches the next day. But now with one capsule- NO ISSUES AT ALL!

I used this product for one week hoping it would help me overcome some of my peri-menopausal issues of hot flashes, interrupted sleep, and moodiness. I ordered these and took them for one week. I was at work and took the last 2 at noon with lunch. Every day I felt a little weirder and somewhat nauseous. By this day, at 4pm, I was in the parking lot of my work vomiting uncontrollably. I also had very bad bowel issues. I also take some medications prescribed by my doctor and maybe I should have looked them up before I took these? They were easy to return for the full refund, as always with Amazon products. I would recommend a person look up if there are any interactions with medication they are already on.
