These Sleep Patches have made such a difference in my nights. I was a little leery at first about trying these sleep patches, but I thought, well, they're cheap enough that I should give them a try. I already take Melatonin, but still do not sleep all night. I’m giving these a 4 star because they work. I fall asleep quickly when I wear them 2 hours before going to bed. My problem is they don’t stick very well, I even tried cleaning my spot with alcohol wipes before attaching them. Now I put a band-Aid over them to keep them attached and it works great!

These simple little patches actually work! I'm old and have the common aging sleep issues for years. I would sometimes take a sleep pill but I don't like depending on medication to sleep. I've been using these little patches and am now about to reorder. For me, they work like magic. I go to sleep easily, sleep comfortably fo 6 or 7 hours, and wake up refreshed, naturally.
