The mason jar sealer works well. Easy to use. We tried it a few times at first because the instructions are vague. We let the machine shut off itself, but it didn’t seal. Maybe we had some residue on the lid I don’t know. What worked for us was to stop the sealer before it stopped itself on the wide mouth jelly jars. So you press the button to start it. The timer on top will start to count the sealing time. Then we pressed the button again at about 30 seconds to stop the sealer. Then pull it off which is harder than you think it would be. That’s what worked on that very small jar. We haven’t tried a bigger jar yet.

Love this! Use it all the time now. It definitely has improved the shelf life and freshness of foods I keep in ball jars (which is mostly everything). Easy to use and works on both large mouth and small mouth jars and lids. It makes a good seal! I find it keeps all kinds of foods fresher much longer which is really nice! Easy to charge up and lasts a long time. Fantastic for keeping out ants, mice or any kind of insect pests since it forms an airtight seal. If you are a pantry person consider this an essential. It’s vastly improved an already well planned and stocked pantry for country life and off grid. I love this device now.

It actually works pretty well, and it's really easy to use. It fits perfectly over large mouth, and regular mason jars with the removable adapter. I've been using it to store whole coffee beans, and so far, it seems like they're keeping them pretty fresh. I do really wish it came with a box to plug the charging cord in, or simply came with an integrated cord I could plug into the wall. I only do canning in the kitchen, so I'm not really sure why it had to be battery powered, but I don't hate it. It's making it so I can save money by buying coffee in bulk, and vacuum sealing them. Whenever I tried to vacuum seal in a bag, some of the broken beans would poke holes, and completely ruin the coffee inside costing me even more money. I'd say there's great value for the price.

Have had this product for over a year and it's still working great! I've hardly had to charge this sealer and I use it weekly. Primarily used to store bulk item I get, such a wheat berries, rice, spices, etc. Definitely extends shelf life. Easy to use and switch between the two lid sizes. Sometimes does not seal on first try, but sometimes is due to user error and not having rim cleaned completely. Some lids also seal better than others. Have also had just a handful of jars become unsealed, but I'm assuming that can happen with any sealer. Overall, a really good value for what you get.

Compact, easy to use, charges quickly. I've used it a few times and the seals are holding firm...yay!

This is fantastic. First let me say upfront, the only thing I wish the listing had told me was that it comes with the thingamajiggy to lift the sealed lids because I bought one too. Hey, at least I have an extra because they are small and easily lost in the sea of kitchen gadgets :) I buy a lot of organic dry goods in bulk that I used to store in my freezer. With teens in the house, there’s no freezer room so I bought this to help preserve them. Wow, it’s fast, easy to use and I love the satisfying sound of the POP when the air is all out. Sometimes it can take close to 60 seconds. I’m so glad I took a change with this one. It seems durable, ONE NOTE: **when i opened the package, there is a covering over the display. Pull that up very slowly, it lifted my display off because the sticky on the covering was so strong ***. Otherwise the design seems great and I love that it came with extra sealing lids.

This thing works great, charges fast, and doesn’t take up an insane amount of space like a vacuum sealer. Price is good, hopefully it holds out over time because I love using it. I use it both for dry goods and things in my fridge. I haven’t tried using it with vegetables but I do use it open when I make cold pressed juice. If you have ADHD and struggle to track what you have in your cupboards or with cooking inspiration this is you - pick up this + a case of quart and pint size mason jars. My ADHD is excessive at best and after working all day my brain does not want to make even more decisions for dinner or have to multitask tracking grocery lists vs cupboard lists. I bought this to keep food fresh, to buy bulk when it’s cheaper, and all of that. I didn’t realize how satisfying it is to see the actual food in the mason jars instead of a cupboard of half used bags and boxes.

This has been easy to use and hasn't broken down yet. Charges easily and quickly. Would recommend

I have just received this machine and I really can't stop playing with it. It works a treat and does exactly as it says on the box, can't tell about the longevity but certainly seems to be well manufactured. I would highly recommend as I'm sure it will extend the storage life of many of my products.

Very adequate replacement for any FoodSaver accessory attachment. High capacity battery, impressive interval between recharge. Straight and simple operation, easy time & remaining power level readout. Couldn't do without it now :)
