I purchased this combo for my mom and dad. Only the multivitamin supplement is suitable for vegetarians. OMEGA: I was ignorant that omega is processed from Sardines fishes. So it’s basically Omega-3 from fish oil. Bears red logo, so not for vegetarians. CALCIUM: Calcium supplement bears the red logo. I believe this might have been derived from animal sources. Not for vegetarians. MULTIVITAMINS: Bears the green logo. It has balanced composition of the vital vitamins and some amino acids too. Good for vegetarians.
