A little too sweet and very hard to mix Tastes weird with water An all in one supplement Do not use it as protein supplement substitute It contains protein in ok amount nothing that boastful amount that is needed for muscle growth but I think it's enough to prevent muscle degradation

Packing oily
The packing by Amazon is worst... Some oily products leak on box get whole item greasy
