Great Appliance
This NUNET 3-in-1 Countertop Water Dispenser has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I'm truly impressed by its compact design—it saves valuable countertop space while efficiently meeting my daily needs: hot water in the morning, cold water on demand, and ice for outings. Pros: • Generous Ice Production – Produces up to 44 lbs of ice per day. I can fill my tumbler in just 10 minutes, and the built-in storage holds up to 4 lbs—more than enough for our family. • Hot Water Dispensing – Perfect for making coffee or tea in the morning and switching to cold drinks later in the day. • Some reviews mention bad taste in the water of the machine. But all of my family members did not see that issue. Cons: • The ice chamber isn't refrigerated, so ice will gradually melt and recycle back into the system when it is powered off. As long as the ice making function is on, it will continously make ice. Not a major issue, but worth noting. Overall: This is an excellent 3-in-1 appliance—space-saving, efficient, and stylish. Highly recommended for small homes, offices, or anyone looking for a multifunctional water and ice solution.

Works as expected but water taste bad
Like the function of the dispenser. Only problem is there is a strange taste to the cold water and the ice. I thought after a few bottles of water the taste would go away. I was wrong. 30 gallons of water later and it still taste bad. If not worse. Taste like an old freezer even though the water was just put in the dispenser. Put vinegar through it without change. Any other suggestions out there? 9 months of bad tasting water now it no longer makes ice or has cold water. For the price i thought i would be getting a good product but all i got instead was nasty tasting water and a lot of grief from my girlfriend. Thanks Nenet for stealing my money and giving me a headache.

Larger ice maker, quiet operation, Worth the price!
1 day in and I am impressed. Ordered this for my daughter college dorm room. I knew this machine was on the larger size of ice makers but wanted to be able to make plenty of ice for her and her roommates 32 ounce Stanley cups. My requirements were, make lots of ice quickly, quietly, not require refilling water all the time and be able to access cold and hot water. My daughter's dorm does not have a sink and only water is down the hall in a community style bathroom using tap water. Not good quality drinking water. So this ice machine fit all my requirements. Small enough to fit into her dorm but large enough to make and hold plenty of ice for the day along with getting plenty of cold fresh drinking water. The fact the unit produces hot water was an extra bonus as it gets cold in the Smokie Mountains where my daughter's college is located. So hot water is great for making hot chocolate or tea on those cold days. Hot water took a total time of 11 minutes to become steamy hot. I did not meausre the temperature but trust me the water is plenty hot enough for tea, soup, coffee or hot chocolate. The ice machine is fairly quiet while making the ice and only noisy when ice falls into the bin on average every 8 minutes and 34 seconds. It takes a total of 2 hours 23 minutes to make an entire bin full of ice which equals 5.3lbs of ice per my measurements. The cold water is cold and crisp with great taste along with the ice bullets. Our water is filtered tap water through an entire house water filtration system. So depending on the water you use you will get a different taste. Use regular tap water and it will taste like tap. Use filtered drinking water and it will taste great. I will be using a 5 gallon drinking water jug on top of the machine for my daughter's dorm so they will not be a need for constant refills. I did need to add water in order to fill the entire basket of ice while making it when I tried the machine out without the 5 gallon jug. The machine made 18 batches of ice in 2 hours 23 minutes totalling 5.3lbs. The cold or hot water put out 5.2 ounces each time I pushed the button. I discovered that a 32 ounce Stanley does not fit completely under the ice machine but can be used in a tilted fashion. A 24 ounce Tervis cup fit comfortably on the drip pan under the dispenser. If you purchase this machine for your kitchen, understand that it will not fit under a standard 18 inch upper cabinets especially if you plan on using water jugs. The machine is over 19 inches tall, about 11 inches wide and and close to 17 inches deep. So in conclusion, the Nunet Model NU-3IN1 ice machine does everything I recquired and more. Fast ice making, lots of ice, quiet operation, hot and cold water without constant refilling of water. Reasonable cost for what I get versus other options. Time will tell on its durability. I will post another review after my daughter's 1st semester of school and get her input.

Good machine just lacking in ice amount
Great machine just doesn’t have as much ice as advertised on hand after making it all day.

Quick ice & easy refill loading!
I’ve been using this machine recently and it’s been a pleasant surprise. I do recommend giving it a full clean and flush before the first use — it helped everything taste right from the start. One of the main things I appreciate is that it draws water directly from a standard bottle without needing to lift anything. Swapping bottles is easy and there’s no risk of spilling, which is something I’ve dealt with on other dispensers. The ice speed is genuinely faster than my previous countertop ice maker. It makes both regular bullet ice and shaved ice with one touch, which is great for drinks, coffee, and even cold snacks like iced fruit or seafood. It also stores up to about 4 lbs of ice, so I rarely run out during use. I’ve tried it indoors and outdoors, and I actually plan to use it for future vending/catering jobs because the quick ice production and simple bottle changes make it practical on the go. A lot of people mention noise, but personally I don’t think it’s loud. The compressor has a normal hum and the crusher makes more sound when shaving ice, but nothing excessive. I also didn’t notice any plastic taste in the cold water after cleaning it. Overall, it’s been a convenient machine for both daily home use and work setups.

Perfect ice maker and water dispenser!
My old top-loading water dispenser broke, so I bought this 3-in-1 ice maker and hot/cold water dispenser about two months ago. Since then, it has become the most popular appliance in our home. We use the hot water feature every morning to make coffee or hot chocolate. When my kids come home from school, they love adding fresh ice to their juice, and I always grab a bottle of ice-cold water to take with me to the gym. What I appreciate most is its ability to make ice continuously without needing to refill water manually. It's convenient, reliable, and keeps up with our daily needs. During the holiday season when we host parties, everyone can always find a feature they enjoy—whether it is hot water for tea, cold water, or plenty of ice for their favorite drinks. With warmer weather—and summer—on the way, we're looking forward to using it even more. Just one tip: I do cleaning of its top and inside cold water tanks every month. That helps keep water tasting fresh.

Ice storage not kept cold; not recommended for kitchen
It's an ice maker that can't keep the ice frozen. Never in a million years would I have thought an ice maker wouldn't have a way to keep the ice frozen after it's made. The English instructions are not well written at all, and it's a 4-page pamphlet that covers basic installation but makes no note that you MUST use filtered purified water exclusively to prevent damage to the system. It does do what it says: it does make bullet ice extremely fast, and can heat water up to 180° F, BUT you have to turn those features on for 15+ minutes before you use them, and the features turn themselves off after a time.

Solid Ice Maker
After trying several desktop ice makers over the years, this unit has been the best so far. It produces a LOT of ice, the compressor noise is minimal, and the dispenser works well and dispenses ice at a resonable rate. It will produce quite a bit of heat though, which is understandable considering the rate it produces ice. The seller is very responsive. Only negative I have about the ice maker is the water will only dispense for 8 seconds at a time. At most it is a mild annoyance. Solid ice maker overall.
