I recently discovered Hojicha at my neighborhood coffee shop, but they charged me $7.50 for a Hojicha latte. A friend recommended me this brand and it is amazing. I have turned so many people onto it. People say it tastes amazing. I use an electric whisker and mix it with milk to make it a latte. It is roasted so it has less caffeine which is nice because I can have it later in the day. The Hojicha powder is very high quality. I will be buying more and giving it to people as gifts. It is so much for cost effective than buying it from coffee shops and tastes even better. I make my own simple syrup to add to it, but tastes great without sugar as well.

I love matcha and had never heard of Hojicha before. I was pleasantly surprised by the smoky, earthy and caramel flavors of this roasted green tea. It even has a hint of cocoa like flavor. The powder is a fine texture and a really earthy amber bronze color that whisks and foams beautifully. The bag holds way more than I thought, too! I love that it has less caffeine than regular green matcha which makes it a great alternative for a more relaxing and chill beverage option. It’s delicious hot or cold too!

This got me obsessed with Hojicha even more. Honestly, chocolate, creamy, toasty, and delicious green tea flavor. The quality can be smelt upon opening the bag, powder is fined and barely needs to be sifted, and the taste is Uber delicious! It’s fresh and I recommend to put it in the fridge upon receiving! It arrived fast and now after drinking a few cups, I understand why it was sold out for a while! Color is beautiful burnt brown!

I’m always excited to taste something new, and this hojicha powder is amazing! The roasted, toasty flavor is so smooth and comforting.. I love it so much. It has quickly become my fave iced latte to make at home.

This Hojicha powder is so delicious! My only regret is not ordering more as it appears it is so popular that it runs out right after each harvest. The flavor is smooth and aromatic - it is well packaged and is very fresh upon opening. The color and texture are wonderful and it gives me energy without a punch or a sudden drop. A great value for this blend!

Sooo good. I had never tried Hojica before. I was looking for a Matcha alternative since I’m sensitive to caffeine. I am officially hooked! Three of them a day you don’t even have to heat water. I use milk and blends in perfectly. I just heat up a little bit of milk with some honey and then pour that in serve over ice. Delish! I just wish the shipping wouldn’t take so long. Good things come to those who wait. I did find an exact alternative while I’m waiting. The brand is one with tea. They could be identical twins even down to the color.
