Update: I reached out to Theory 11 and they sent me the 5 decks of cards that are supposed to be included in the box set. So now I have a complete set of what was originally ordered. Thank you for your exceptional service Theory 11 I bought this Harry Potter Playing Card Collector’s Box from Theory11 expecting the full set of five decks it clearly says it includes — on both the product description and the box itself. When I finally opened it (weeks later, since it was meant to be a gift), I realized it’s just an empty display box. No decks. No explanation. Nothing. At first, I thought maybe there was a mistake, but after checking reviews and the description again, it’s clear this product is misleadingly marketed. Now I’m past the return window, so I’m just out the money — and left with an empty box that’s basically a placeholder for the cards I thought I was buying. It’s not about the packaging — it’s about honesty. If the decks aren’t included, that needs to be stated clearly. Instead, it’s worded in a way that makes it sound like you’re buying the complete 5-deck set. Really disappointing from a company I’ve always associated with quality and creativity.

I bought this item, but it only included the box set itself without any of the card decks in them. It arrived yesterday, and I opened it today, and yes, there are no card decks in the box, even though it says that it does in the item description and details. It's just the box that arrived. I am very upset and disappointed with what happened, and I'd like this to be rectified.

Purchased as an early Xmas gift, and when it was opened, no playing cards. Box indicates cards included
