Love this helps me relax and sleep

Very good ,not so keen on the taste.

I’ve been using these for around six months now. I bought them mainly because stress was starting to affect my sleep. I also work out at the gym a couple of times a week, so the muscle recovery side felt like a nice extra rather than the main selling point. First thing I’ll say is the taste. Genuinely good. I’ve tried the orange-flavoured Tonic Health multivitamin and really didn’t get on with them, but these cherry ones are a completely different story. They’re easy to drink, no harsh or artificial aftertaste, and actually quite pleasant before bed. A big plus if you usually dread taking supplements at night. I do have to time when I take them though or I end up waking up in the middle of the night needing the toilet, which somewhat defeats their purpose! Sleep-wise, I am generally sleeping better than I was before. I wouldn’t call it a guaranteed fix, and I’m not convinced every good night’s sleep is directly down to these. Some nights I still struggle even after taking one, so there may be a bit of placebo involved. That said, they do help me feel calmer in the evening, which probably plays a part. After gym sessions, they fit well into my evening routine. Nothing dramatic, but I do feel a bit more relaxed, and I don’t wake up feeling quite as restless or tight as I sometimes used to. There are a couple of downsides. The tablets can be quite fragile and I’ve had a few crumble or split, sometimes my fault if they’ve taken a knock in the cupboard, but they do seem on the delicate side. The bigger issue is the price. They’re expensive for a 20-tablet tube, and it’s annoying that it doesn’t even cover a full month. A 30-day supply would make far more sense at this cost. Overall, they taste good and seem to help with relaxation, even if the results aren’t perfectly consistent. I like them and will keep using them, but better value would make them much easier to recommend.
