LG V30 Silver for Verizon 64gb - LTE - 6in QHD Plus FullVision Display, LTE, GSM (Renewed)

The phone has no imperfections and is perfect. Every aspect of the phone is function and as far as i can tell the battery life is still amazing. To inform people this is a phone that doesn't have a notification led. So the ones who reviewed it negatively based on that didnt know. It came with a fast charging brick and 2 different cables. The only hard part was updating the phone. The firmware in the device is old enough that it cant be updated via ota, but following the directions online through lg it will get it up to date and therfore be able to get ota updates again. The camera is amazing and the new update gives it good low level shots, which is what it lacked before. After the update it will be andriod 8.0 and all the glory that comea with it, including ldac audio codec for Bluetooth. In the end this phone is a perfect all rounder phone and I am surprised by the quality of this refurbished phone. I bought mine from steeply.

I've only had the phone for 2 days now and I'm very pleased with it. I couldn't find any flaws not scratches, dents or marks. I just installed a new SIM card and installed my original SD card. Powered on the phone and set it up using the wizard and completed updates. It really is a great replacement for my old phone and I love the detail in the photos I've taken with it. Great price for such a quality device. My only complaint was the shipping time I received the accessories 3 days before the phone arrived and all were ordered at the same time. Other than that I am very happy with it I will give another update review in about a month to let you know if it's still functioning and operating with no problems.

I had an LG V10 that got into a boot loop, so went to a Moto for a while. It started having screen issues, so went back to LG. I do love the double tap instead of having to hit a button to make the screen go black. Hoping the boot loop thing doesn't happen again in this version. Also love how the screen goes all the way to top and bottom. To see the backup and home buttons I just have to flick up on the bottom and it shows on top of whatever is on the screen. Also glad to have a headphone jack back - one real issue with the older Moto. Good battery life and speed.

Phone works great, however, it is difficult to get it to charge. We have tried several different chargers. They are all saying fast charging, but it has been at 52% most of the day.

I bought this to replace my Samsung 7edge after the camera stopped working. I decided to go with the V30 due to the lower price and recommendation from my techie son (he has the same phone). MUCH more user friendly. Easy to set up. Occasionally has a minor glitch loading web pages but they do load quickly otherwise. This a refurbished phone after all. Calls slow to connect but come in clear, all my apps work well. It doesn't automatically connect to my car bluetooth like my Samsung did. Phone does seem to be more delicate compared to the Samsung so I don't advise this for kids and teens. Don't take it out of the box until you have a screen protector and case. Research the seller, I had to return my first order for damage due to rattling around in the box. The second order came from a different seller packaged properly.

i bought this phone about 2 or 3 weeks ago, and its perfect! exactly the operating system i wanted. looked brand new without a scratch on it. actually,it looked like it came right from the store just in a generic box. legit brand new factory lg charger and cable. included the sim pin to access sim card and sd slot. genuine verizon phone. i told friends because im so thrilled with the deal i found. i wasnt paid to say this. i dont write reviews normally, but i wanted to give credit where due. dont worry about all the system updates either. i had to go thru a ton of em but theyre all necessary.

I bought this phone to use as a DAP ( Digital Audio Player) and its great. Sound quality is very good and drives all of my headphones even the power hungry ones. I didn't wanted to spend hundreds of dollars on a dedicated DAP from Sony, HiBy or Fiio and I'm happy I didn't. The phone itself looks almost new except for a few very minor scratches on the screen only visible under direct light. Included was a random Samsung charger, usb cable and Sim card removal pin. I never intended to use it as a cellphone so I cant say anything about that.

The description says it's Android 8 but it is not (it's 7.1.2). Second wrong description is that "Rufus" says it is unlocked and will work on any GSM carrier--another lie. It's locked to Verizon. Called Verizon customer service (India, of course) and they tell me it cannot be unlocked. Returning. It's a shame as I really liked the features of this phone and it would have made a nice upgrade from my LG K8 which works great but I needed a newer Android version. LG just stopped their upgrade servers in July 2025 or I could have gotten an Android upgrade to Oreo v8...if of course if the phone could be unlocked, which apparently it can't. Amazon needs to get these product descriptions accurate!
