Lightweight and Comfortable
So far, and especially because of the price, these have been an excellent value. I sprayed with camp spray out of the box, and haven't experience any wetness in rain. I haven't tried any big puddles or creeks yet, but haven't had any leakage. They're harder to get on if you leave them tied/semi tied but I hate zipper sided boots, so these are perfect for me. They've been durable enough with great traction and I love the style. They've been comfortable enough so far but haven't done any real moderate + hiking yet.

Great comfortable boots
Sturdy, comfortable, waterproof, and true to size. I’ve got a pair of Dr Martens, which, after one year, still causes me blisters. Yet I can wear these and walk for 2 hours easily. Love it!

So far a nice boot, true to size IMHO
I just got this boot, and have only worn them a few times, so I cannot comment on their durability over the long term, however... The fit is just about spot on IMHO. In US military boots, I wear a 10.5W, and in Euro I usually wear a 44, and I ordered a size 11 US/44.5 Euro in these boots and they fit well. If one wants to wear thick socks, however, I'd recommend sizing up. These have what appears to be a neoprene lining, even on the insole, so they should be quite water resistant. The inserts/insoles are decent and comfortable. The laces are quality (550 cord?). The boots I received had no flaws in materials or stitching, and look to be very well made. They are lightweight for this style of tactical boot. The toes look awkward somewhat but I believe will prevent wear to the toe cap leather area. I like the color, it's kind of a Ranger green or sage green throughout. A muted green-gray, not really "Army Green" (I think of army green as more olive). For $40 this is a worthwhile boot and I'm glad I bought them.

Light, Comfortable, Waterproof, Great Price.
Great boots. They are unusually light for such a rigid construction which provides great protection and even some side support on the ankle (what is not a purpose of a tactical boots design, of course, but is a nice extra when used for hiking). Comfortable from the box, and did not require any break-in period at all. Waterproof in wet grass. Very attractive cost/benefit ratio; highly recommended. Expecting price going up with accumulation of positive reviews, just purchased a second pair. Good job, NORTIV, thank you.

Fit, Comfort, Performance.
I do a lot of urban walking and trail hiking with my dog. I needed a boot that would serve me in both environments. These boots fit perfectly right out of the box. They run true to size and they feel like they were molded to my feet. Our first walk was 1.5 miles on pavement and they felt great. Our second walk was a 3.5 mile trail hike at our favorite State Park. The ankle support was very good, and the soles were steady on loose gravel, and grippy climbing on rocks. Definitely a great Hiking/Walking Boot for my New England environment.

Solid inexpensive boot
Shoe was of good quality but size runs small. Returned and ordered next size up. Too tight with work socks. Next size up fit perfect. Light Weight and seem well put together. After 2 weeks of constant wearing, I ordered another pair in case they stop making them. Takes awhile to find a good boot to beat up and after they wear out it seems you can't find them again.

Cheap and effective when maintained
I’ve had these for four or five months now, so far they have been pretty good. I did add insoles to them which definitely make them way more comfortable. The quality seems to be fairly decent, but they should work on their quality control. The heel cap on one of my boots does not seem to be connected very well to the heel, so there is some looseness on the back where the leather meets the sole. The size seems to be true, and they fit quite well. As far as being waterproof, they are definitely not. I have been treating mine with a mixture of beeswax and beef tallow which I think is adding to their longevity and waterproof ability. The fabric on them seems to be rather subpar and ripped on the tongue within the first month. It doesn’t seem to affect the functionality of them, but it’s certainly not benefiting from it. I also bees waxed my laces, so I have not had any problems with those either, but they were certainly not high-quality. The few positive things I have to say about them are for one they have holes for your laces so you don’t have to worry about the hooks breaking off and I think I paid $30 for them so I am certainly getting my moneys worth and I would say they are worth the value.
