These work well for me. For when I go to the gym.

I bought this brace when I got tennis elbow last week, it’s very comfortable, and it definitely holds my elbow from moving around too much and takes off the pain.

It does help with my elbow pain

This is a review that requires knowing who the reviewer is a bit, if you might benefit like them. I'm a forty-year-old man, been lifting weights since I was a teenager. I'm the strongest I've ever been in my life, but well, the body starts to rebel. I've never seriously injured myself, but something being a little strained gets pretty common. I'm always paying attention to and laying off something. A few months ago, one of my elbows got . . . mad. I keep laying off it, think it's good, but then it gets aggravated again. It's a pretty classic, boring problem. This brace works wonders. While I'm not suddenly stronger with it on, the strain on the elbow is night and day. I'm confident it can recover properly now, but I don't have to completely lay off it for months. (Update: after using this thing for a few months, my elbow is finally fine. Cost less than a decent lunch. All the stars.)

I really feel the middle of the road about this one. I was interested because of the concepts. I was suffering with tennis elbow and then subsequently discovered that I also had a torn tendon. I don’t know if this was not the right product for me or if it’s just not my favorite. It was not staying in place very well once I put it on and it just felt kind of awkward with him without the stability bar inside of it. It’s made of great material as well as the Velcro straps. I won’t rule out that maybe my arm is too scrawny for it to stay in place perhaps that’s it

When wearing the brace my husband has relief and the pain is greatly diminished. The compression is comfortable and it stays in place well.

Loved the adjustability. My PT recommended the cutout for the elbow. This one has that. Highly recommend this brace.
