Does it support CANFD protocol?

The RH-02 does not support the CAN FD protocol because it has a maximum rate of 1 Mbps.

What is the factory flashed firmware?

The factory-flashed firmware is Candlelight, you can also install other firmware on your own.

Why does WINDOWS 10 and WINDOWS 11 not recognize this device outside of bootloader mode?

When this happens, it may be a Windows feature conflict or the driver may not be capable enough, you can try again on another device.

Does this product support the MAC M processor family?

MAC M-series processors are not supported, and there is no firmware supporting M-series processing in the Canable project.
