Great fit good quality

I ordered the 34 inch waste due to concerns that a smaller waste might create an issue I've experienced in the past with the legs being too tight for my upper legs. This ended up being the best decision as my legs are just barely able to fit comfortably during motions or positions where fit can be a major problem around the legs. I did some research prior to ordering and read a few comments about the quality of the Alton lane products as well as the cost. I got the impression that a full suit should be estimated at close to a thousand dollars, but that a portion of that cost included the fitting process and tailoring as needed. I notice the subject line for the product mentions tailor fit which to be usually means getting fitted so I find it hard to see how these pants are tailored to fit me.. its also possible that maybe I misunderstand the meaning of tailored clothing. Regardless, they fit perfectly for me and are quite comfortable. The inseam measurement was accurate for me although I would say it could be called slightly longer than ideal for dress pants. I've typically selected inseam sizes ranging from 32-33 at most but chose 30 for these as I wanted them to sit high enough for the ideal fit provided by an "expert's advice," for fit. That's according to my father who wore suits to work for many years and his father before him who I was told.. could even be spotted wearing a full suit at Disneyland during a family trip in the summer time so I've always taken my father's advice as correct. Anyways it's a nice pair of pants, more expensive than my normal price range of go to options, but I hardly have a need to wear suits or dress pants for that matter. With that said, I now have a very nice quality material pair of dress pants to sport the next time I need to dress formal.

These are really good, but not quite great dress pants. They are comfortable and move well. The material definitely doesn't feel cheap. They do have a tailored fit to them and the pleat is nice. I would not recommend for folks who aren't used to more slim and tailored fits (the legs will feel pretty snug if you're not used to that cut). These say dry clean only, but will survive the wash if you use a delicate cycle (but be aware this will probably result in more wrinkles).

In the specifications it says that the pants are made of 85% wool and 15% silk, but on the sticker on the pants it says that it is made of 80% polyester, 18% Viscose and 2% Elastane.

They are wonderfully comfortable and well made. I’m going to order more.
