Update: They reached out to me and offered me a replacement or a refund for my purchase. Extremely great customer service. Will deal with them again. Bicycle seems decent it was fairly easy to put together but not the easiest. The worst part is the manufacturing. This bike is just not straight you can tell that it was not built properly the seat is not properly lined up with the frame. And the frame itself is not perfectly straight. Maybe I just got a bad one but seems like pretty poor craftsmanship from the manufacturer. My kids still loves it but I can't help but notice all the defects.

My 2 year old loves her bike. Her friend group has a lot of different styles and brands of balance bikes and this one seems to be the overall favorite. I think it is preferred because it is lighter weight than the others.

This bike is perfect for a small child! Great for beginners! The tires hold great! Cute and steady for any child!

Nice bike and perfect size for my grandson who is 4. I had to adjust the seat and handle bars to highest level to accommodate him comfortably. Maybe the next size bigger than a 12” wheel would work better. But depends on child’s athleticism and coordination, this bike works best for him. Very light and easy to carry around for me and also him.

My grandchildren loved their bikes. They both received the bikes for their 2nd birthday. The seat is adjustable so you can lower it as high as you need. Easy to put together as well.

We love the bike and the color options! It was a little difficult in spots to put together and needs to be tighten really well. For the most part it’s easy and the kids love them.

Great balance bike! I love the adjustable seat. The instructions weren’t the greatest. But I put it on the lowest setting for my 2 y/o at first so we could get comfortable and then raised it. He did not like it at first because he would fall over but it didn’t take him long before he learned how to balance on it. Now he’s zooming and even has started to feel daring enough to lift his feet up as he goes down a small ramp. The bike is so lightweight it’s unbelievable!

Update: It’s been 4 years now and these bikes are still a hit with my three boys. These things have been in sand pits, left outside in the weather (though I prefer them at least under cover), wrecked, jumped off ledges with it…you name it and my kids have probably my done it. They are still working perfectly. They have their scratches and dings and the rubber along the edges of the handlebars is either beat up or missing but the kids still love it and we’ve never once had an issue with them. All in all, a purchase I’d happily make again even after all this time. This little bike is so light I thought they forgot to put it in the box when it arrived. It was extremely easy to assemble and seems durable enough. The only real concern I have is that there are a few plastic pieces which act as washers/spacers for the handle bars. I am worried that the plastic construction might prove to be less durable over time. It was a little stiff when turning the handlebars after assembling the bike but already after just a short time with my kids playing it has loosened up a bit. Plus it actually helps them keep control of the bike a little easier.

Bought for our 3 year old, he absolutely loves it, love how the seat and handle bars are adjustable, was easy to assemble.
