I have tried so many dry shampoos that I was ready to give up. I’m so glad I didn’t because this dry shampoo works SO well! It matches my hair really well and blends nicely. My hair gets greasy so fast and most dry shampoos I’ve tried before really just barely scratched the surface for my hair and it would get greasy again in a couple of hours. This dry shampoo really cleaned up the oils and made my hair feel more clean after applying and it lasted through the next day, which was a big surprise for me! The ingredients are also so much better the typical drug store dry shampoos so I feel better about what is absorbed in my scalp. The application is also so convenient and really helps spread it out all over the hair instead of flying all over my face. Highly recommend trying this if you have darker hair and need a dry shampoo that will work!

I’m really impressed with this Kitsch dry shampoo powder. It absorbs oil quickly and leaves my hair looking fresh without that heavy, gritty feeling you get from aerosol dry shampoos. The rice protein is a nice bonus, and I love that it works well for both quick touch-ups and extending washes by a day or two. The powder blends in easily and doesn’t leave a white cast once you work it through, even at the roots. A little goes a long way, and the compact packaging makes it easy to toss in a bag for travel or busy days. It also feels gentler on my scalp compared to sprays. Overall, this is a great clean alternative to traditional dry shampoo. Lightweight, effective, and no overpowering scent or residue. Definitely a staple in my routine now.

The powder itself is good. I like that it's dark, as that has been proven hard to find in a powder-type dry shampoo. The only negative is the actual packaging the product is in. I could not get enough out for it to really make a difference, so I opened it and dumped the powder into a different applicator I already owned and definitely prefer. That is the only reason it's losing a star for me.

This would be great for a preteen just starting to get greasy hair, but I can't say that it was my favorite. It works really well initially, but then the powder comes out less and less the longer you use it - even with a sufficient amount of powder it in. The powder itself does work very well, just maybe not the vessel.

This product really works! I’m oily by day two and this product lets me stretch a day. So much better than spray dry shampoo. I love that it’s not white either. Blends nicely into hair.

I've tried lots of dry shampoos and this is by far my favorite. I have been trying to find a non-aerosol product that works as well as Redken deep clean dry shampoo spray which is not only expensive but also wasteful/doesn't really last me that long per bottle. This fits the bill and is my current go-to. The pros: I have a lot of hair but it's very fine and prone to grease. This shampoo can let me go an actual three days between washes (ex wash Sunday, apply Monday, I'm good until Wednesday), even working out in between. My hair is also darker brown and this is still a bit light but blends well. It gives volume. It's truly the best and easy to apply with the pouf. Compact size is great for travel. Cons: 1 - I traveled with it recently and put it in my checked luggage. I opened it up upon arrival and POOF it was a powdery mess everywhere, and has been a bit of a mess since. Maybe from cabin pressure? Maybe just getting jostled around so much? Not sure. Disappointing, but it's fine if I just store it in a ziploc bag when I put it in with my toiletries. 2 - As another reviewer stated, it's really hard to fully clean this out of my hair. It takes two runs with shampoo in the shower, with a real thorough scalp massage, to get it fully out. It's a bit of an annoyance but perhaps a testament to why it works so well?? Just beware buildup. This will continue to be my go-to until the day that I find something better, which may never come!

Product works OK. The container is absolute garbage. Once you get some out it clogs the sponge. You have to unscrew it and use a different brush or your fingers. And every time you unscrew it, you lose some product. I even tried making a small hole in the sponge and that didn't work. I will never get another dry shampoo with a sponge attachment.
