There are many flavors to choose from, which makes it almost impossible to get tired of any given flavor. I have the 40 oz, which makes it easier to remember that a minimum of 1 refill is required. It is a little expensive to start, however if you start on about 4 you can make a flavor cartridge last for 2-4 days. I wish this cup had the ability to stay cold longer. I have to refill the Ice in the AM, prior to work, yet it is completely melted by the end of the day. The cup fits nicely in the cup holder of the car, making it easy to travel and continue to meet your water goals. The handle also makes it easy to take sips while driving.

As a circular drinker this cup is amazing. I love how it keeps my water cold and it give me a cup that fits into my cup holder. The handle makes it easier to carry. And the width of the cup makes it VERY easy to clean. Now the top does leak if it tips over, but overall no complaints.
