Worth the money
I needed to shift 2 tons of stones up a 20 degree slope and I couldn't have done it without the battery barrow. Fabulous bit of kit and the tipper function is a bonus. Took about 30mins to get used to the operation and then so easy to use. Wished I bought it sooner, great for landscaping my garden.

Do not use if you have any mud or leaves on the ground.
GREENWORKS HAVE JUST TOLD ME THAT THIS ITEM CANNOT BE USED ON WET GROUND OR ON ANY MUD. This has never been in their website and (they are about to change this) and when researching the product was told it could go anywhere in any weather. They will not take any responsibility for this. Initially this seems a good product but as soon as it get wet do not use on any mud even light mud or any ground that has small leaves, sticks etc. The small wheel cannot cope. Mud goes into the metal and the wheel does not go around and damages the lawn by dragging. We have never been able to use the brake on the wheel and we cannot get all the bits out of the small wheel. You will be clearing it out every 5 m.

trouble with small rear wheel
I found this wheelbarrow for moving compost and rubbish a great asset to my garden. One fault was the back wheel break was prone to clog with leaves and rubbish an freeze solid however as i have a flat garden i removed the break and this resolved the problem this is the one problem i found otherwise it is a great product.

Even better than I expected
I had to move an 8 yard skips worth of heavy clay subsoil up a 1:4 hill to the skip so I decided to invest in this powered barrow. I am happy to say that it stood up to the job very well, it managed not to lose power when fully loaded going up the hill and it's also surprisingly stable going over rough ground. I agree with other reviewers that it is hopeless on mud as the rear wheel quickly clogs up and needs a power hose to clear. The tipping function is very handy, but it's not powered so you need to be very strong to get it started before the hydraulics take over. It's also helpful that the barrow stays level when it's moving so you can carry watering cans etc without them spilling, unlike a wheelbarrow which you push at an angle and I'm 6 foot 3 so this spares my back too. It's an expensive bit of kit, and I wouldn't have bought it if it hadn't been for the pile of subsoil but I can see that it's going to get lots of use in the garden now that I have it. I bought 2 x 2.5A 40V batteries so that one could be on charge while the other is in use, but I'm astonished at how long each one lasts.

Excellent wheelbarrow
I have shifted more than ten tons of heavy wet soil with no difficulty because this barrow carries the weight. Struggled with the assembly instructions at first until grandson pointed out that the break release was a separate lever which wasnt visible to me at the angle the wheel was locked at! Battery charges in an hour and lasts for 3 or 4 hours so recharges over a lunch break. I like this a lot.

Could be a great cart but,!,
Quite sturdy and mostly well made but it has some basic design flaws which would make it a great all around electric cart. I’ve been using it for a couple of months on a small building project to move gravel, dirt, bricks etc around the site . So the gripes i have with it’s design, the small dolly and brake are just a joke as sinks in the ground and you have to try to get it to move + it can make the loaded cart unusable to tip over, the wheel is much too narrow, a much wider one or preferably a dual wider swivel wheels . When it’s fully loaded ,heavy i find it it takes two people to tip it, so the tipping point is at the wrong place, load container needs redesigned , or some other proper method to tip it, hydraulic, etc and worst grip when it’s loaded and in reverse it is actually dangerous as it’ll much to fast reverse speed and will force you walk stumble back to quickly , I’ve had to revert to standing to one side of the machine and reversing with one hand so it doesn’t knock me over so the reverse speed needs to be a lot slower, the forward speed fast speed is ok but the slow forward speed is not it’s much to fast if you have any obstacles to overcome . I’m sure most people would not mind the extra cost for a truly great electric versatile cart.

Life changer
Despite minor damage in transit (plastic winged nut broken) it was very easy to asemble with only two bolts to connect. Simple and satisfying controls with a powerful motor. Noisy on concrete path but near silent on soil or grass. Turns in own length thanks to single back wheel. Large robust low profile bucket (fits two young children...!). Tipping action amazing with a strong lock and assisted lifting. An absolute delight after many years of pushing heavy barrows especially with increasing arthritis (i'm 73).

Wird v.a. bei landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen, v.a. vorbeugend eingesetzt.
