It is alright for the price, the instructions were terrible and it took awhile to put together. The drawers do not fit fully in the dresser and stick out a bit and there is not much space for clothes. The rails to pull out the drawers don’t have a stopper so they fall out often.

This dresser was chosen for its larger-than-the-others drawer size. It doesn't disappoint. It has plenty of space, and it looks better than its price suggests. It is rather heavy so I built it in the bedroom so it didn't have to move too far. In a world where dressers cost twice what this cost me even when on sale. It was worth the assembly time to buy this dresser and put it together. The overall structure uses cam fasteners so it goes together reasonably fast.

Good dresser, good value for the price. Major issues with the hardware that come with it, though. For some mystifying reason this company does not supply any extra screws, bolts, or cams unlike almost all other flat-pack furniture out there. I had one screw that had a misshapen head and was missing another (there was an extra cam in there instead which I suspect was a result of a mistaken part count) and I had to scrounge for replacements for both. There is a number to call in the manual if you need replacement parts, but I didn't feel like waiting days or weeks to put my dresser together. This is an issue that would have been easily solved with 1 or 2 extra pieces of hardware for each screw/cam/etc in the kit. If anyone from the company is reading this, please consider putting extra hardware in these!

Quality is sturdy but I was missing 5 pieces. One being a side panel and 4 being parts. The customer service for replacement was easy and great. If it wasn't for the inconvenience of the missing pieces, I would rate 5 stars. Easy to put together.

This is the very first time I assembled furniture. The instructions were well represented- graphically, like you would see in a Lego set, but only in black and white. Very easy to follow, especially for seniors like myself. The pieces/parts fit very well. And I posted the final product for you to see. I'm happy with my investment, and I recommend this product (don't say that very often) Four stars only because there were missing screws. A set of three screws needed to fasten the backboards to the frame were missing. And a whole pack of small screws that were needed for the rollers was missing as well. In all fairness to Prepac, they responded very promptly to my request for replacement. And were very courteous and apologetic for the issue (big thing for me). However, it took 10 days to ship from Canada to the US. I'm patient enough to wait but I certainly hope the folks at Prepac understand their great product is smeared by small things like this. Hope they can do better for future customers. With that said, I am happy with the final product!
